• Professionals in leadership roles who drive organizational outcomes and have meaningful decision-making responsibility

• Demonstrated experience or responsibility for organizational success (varies by: corporate, nonprofit, government)

• Commitment to cross-sector knowledge sharing

• Willingness to actively participate in the Alliance event and discussion ​​

SIGNATURE "PREVAIL PROGRAM" 

The Prevail Program is our signature intensive experience designed for leaders and executives who refuse to merely survive change—they thrive through it. This exclusive cohort-based program combines research backed preparation methods, leadership development that is based in authentic management practices, and shared experiences to help you master the art of prevailing through any transition. Each cohort is designed  based on your years in leadership to ensure an experience with similarly situated professionals.
